Starmer’s statements come in response to Trump’s recent comments at the UN, where the US President criticized London’s mayor, Sadiq Khan, and falsely claimed that the city was on the verge of adopting Sharia law. Trump’s assertions about escalating crime rates in London have sparked a public feud with Khan, who has accused him of promoting discriminatory attitudes.

Furthermore, Nigel Farage has also faced criticism for his alarmist rhetoric about London, suggesting that the city is unsafe for people to walk through certain areas wearing jewelry.
