Police have announced that a man has been formally accused of murder following the discovery of a deceased individual in an abandoned structure.
Junior Ryan Coleman, who was reported missing on August 20, was located by authorities on September 19 in a building on Brockley Road, Lewisham, as part of a search related to a missing person case managed by the Metropolitan Police.

The suspect, Daniel Watkis, aged 39 and residing on Glenarm Road in Hackney, was apprehended and formally charged on Friday after appearing in Bromley Magistrates’ Court. He is scheduled to appear at the Old Bailey on October 24, with support being provided to Mr. Coleman’s family by specialized officers.
Detective Chief Inspector Sam Townsend, heading the inquiry, expressed condolences to Junior’s loved ones and emphasized the ongoing efforts to uncover the circumstances surrounding his disappearance and subsequent killing.
