A British social media influencer who relocated to Ibiza is heartbroken as heavy rains led to the flooding of her beautiful property. Videos from the Spanish island depict severe flooding, turning streets into rapid streams and water cascading through the roof of Ibiza Airport.

Reports from local media indicated a deluge inside the airport, submerging the security check area under continuous, intense leaks. The entire island is currently under a red warning for heavy rainfall until 4 pm local time.

Stella Tzortzi, a resident on the Spanish party island, shared updates on the havoc caused by the rain on the streets and in her flooded home. She expressed her distress to her TikTok followers about the leaks in her roof and the flooding around her property, including the image of bins floating in the water.

The 26-year-old, originally from London, also revealed her concerns for Sheila the pig, who was enclosed in a pen as water levels rapidly rose. Fortunately, she later informed her followers that assistance was on the way.

Emergency services in the Balearic Islands responded to 61 incidents, with most incidents occurring in Ibiza. Various roads were closed, and a school in San Antonio was evacuated due to safety concerns. Basements, garages, and access routes to the main airport were severely affected by the flooding.

Firefighters are actively rescuing individuals trapped in homes and vehicles, and roads leading from Sant Antoni and Santa Eulària are closed. Residents are advised to call emergency services in case of need and to avoid unnecessary travel, adhering to official warnings.

In Sueca, video footage displayed the town submerged under stagnant water after the rain subsided. Additionally, a video from south-eastern Murcia captured a pedestrian being swept away by muddy floodwaters.
