Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai, who is an influencer, has expressed her ambition to pursue a career as a professional golfer. Today, she is accompanying her grandfather at the Ryder Cup and has already secured deals exceeding $1 million. The 18-year-old, Trump’s eldest grandchild, was seen leaving the White House with him on Marine One to head to the Bethpage Black Course in New York where the event is taking place. Prior to commencing her studies at the University of Miami this fall to join the golf team, Kai has partnered with various brands such as Accelerator Active Energy, Leaf Trading Cards, and TaylorMade Golf.
With a substantial social media following of over six million, comprising 1.8 million on Instagram, 3.2 million on TikTok, and 1.7 million on YouTube, Kai’s NIL (name, image, and likeness) valuation is estimated at around $1.2 million (£895,000). This places her among the top female student-athlete earners, along with LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne and basketball player Flaujae Johnson.
Kai gained further public attention after delivering a speech at the Republican National Convention last year. In a recent interview on Fox News in July, she shared her aspirations of becoming a professional golfer, emphasizing her dedication to maximizing her time on the course and focusing on training in the gym to enhance her performance. Kai expressed gratitude for the opportunity given by Miami and believes it will prepare her for a future in professional golf.
