Prince Andrew has emerged in a fresh set of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein that have been made public in the United States. The Duke of York is listed as a passenger on Epstein’s private jet, along with a mention of the possibility of Elon Musk visiting the convicted sex offender’s island.
These newly disclosed documents, released by Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee, reveal that Andrew was a passenger on a flight from Teterboro, New Jersey, to Palm Beach, Florida, on May 12, 2000. The flight manifest includes Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Andrew’s then-girlfriend who has since been convicted of sex trafficking, and two other individuals whose identities have been redacted.
It has been previously noted in court, during Maxwell’s trial, that Andrew was a passenger on Epstein’s private jet, as recounted by one of the accusers who flew with him when she was 14 years old. Despite these revelations, Andrew has consistently denied any misconduct. The individuals listed were known associates of Epstein, and there is no implication that they were complicit in his criminal activities.
Meanwhile, the documents also mention Elon Musk as a potential visitor to Epstein’s private island, Little St James, on December 6, 2014. Musk’s name appears in what seems to be Epstein’s daily schedule, with a note questioning the status of his visit. In recent months, Musk had called for the impeachment of President Donald Trump and accused the administration of hiding information about Trump’s connections to Epstein. Musk later deleted social media posts related to the sex offender.
These revelations come shortly after the emergence of an email from Sarah, Duchess of York, to Epstein, where she apologized for publicly distancing herself from him, referring to him as a “close friend.” The email, prompted by Epstein’s threat of legal action for defamation, caused the duchess to lose support from several charitable organizations she was affiliated with. Epstein, who was awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges, was found dead in his jail cell in Manhattan in August 2019, with his death officially ruled a suicide.
