A manhunt is underway following an incident where a car rammed into an FBI gate, which authorities are categorizing as an act of terrorism. Donald Henson, a resident of Penn Hills, is being sought by law enforcement for allegedly driving his car into the barrier at Pittsburgh Field in Pennsylvania at approximately 2:40 am on Wednesday. Henson reportedly took an American flag from his vehicle and placed it on the gate before fleeing the scene.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the event, according to the FBI. Assistant Special Agent In Charge Christopher Giordano described the incident as a targeted attack on the FBI, emphasizing that it was an act of terror. Images captured by CBS show a white sedan crashed into the gate. Law enforcement officials are present at the location as the investigation unfolds.

Giordano informed CBS that Henson is currently wanted in connection with the crime against the FBI and emphasized that there is no evidence suggesting he is armed. The FBI disclosed that Henson had visited the field office a few weeks prior to file a complaint that was not related to any federal offense.

Authorities noted that there was a message on one of the car windows believed to be associated with the suspect. The FBI suspected that the individual may have had military background and had recently visited the Pittsburgh office. As a precaution, a bomb squad was called in to inspect the vehicle.

Witness Nakeisha Brown recounted hearing tires screeching before the collision. Brown observed Henson taking out an object from the car, initially thinking it was a gun but turned out to be a flag that he placed on the fence before leaving the scene abruptly.
