Nothing, the UK tech brand, continues to impress with frequent product releases. Since its debut in 2022, Nothing has introduced innovative Android phones, affordable smartwatches, and high-quality earbuds. The latest addition to their lineup is the CMF Headphone Pro, marking a departure from their budget-oriented CMF sub-brand.
Unlike Nothing’s premium aesthetic, the CMF Headphone Pro opts for a distinct style without the transparent casing seen in other CMF products. While the design may not appeal to everyone, its uniqueness caught the eye of many, including myself.
Beyond aesthetics, the CMF Headphone Pro delivers on sound quality. The controls are tactile and responsive, featuring a rare bass-boost slide button for customized audio enhancement. Additionally, a versatile roller/button combo allows for volume adjustment, track switching, ANC toggling, and easy access to voice assistants.
The active noise cancellation (ANC) performs well, effectively reducing background noise during music playback, though sudden loud sounds can still penetrate. Priced at £79 on the Nothing website, the CMF Headphone Pro offers a compelling package suitable for both Android and iOS users.
While lacking some advanced features found in higher-end brands like Sony and Bose, the affordability of the CMF Headphone Pro sets it apart in the market, making it a noteworthy option for budget-conscious consumers.
