An image featuring Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, infamous for their past encounters, has been enlarged to the size of a tennis court and placed at the entrance of Windsor Castle. The current US President and the convicted sex offender had multiple meetings in the past, including a photographed moment at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida back in 1997. Amid ongoing speculation about their relationship during Trump’s controversial second term, a group in the UK called Everyone Hates Elon created a 400 square-meter version of the image and displayed it outside the royal residence after raising £30,000 through a crowdfunder to disrupt Trump’s visit to the UK.
President Trump, currently on a visit to the UK and hosted by King Charles at Windsor Castle, has faced increased scrutiny leading up to this historic state visit. The group, Everyone Hates Elon, has taken various actions, such as setting up a similar memorial to Jeffrey Epstein at Trump’s Aberdeen golf course, producing satirical bus advertisements, and placing fake merchandise in the Windsor Castle shop.
Photographs depict the massive image laid out on the path to the royal residence, surrounded by activists. A spokesperson for the group explained that the purpose of the stunt was to draw attention to the reported connection between Trump and Epstein. They emphasized that many people in the UK oppose Trump’s values and intentions, aiming to ensure that the Epstein controversy follows him wherever he goes.
The Epstein issue has continued to plague Trump during his tenure, with suspicions of concealed information regarding their relationship stirring debate among his supporters. The President has denied close ties to the disgraced businessman, including disavowing any involvement with a provocative illustration found in Epstein’s possession. Despite previous positive remarks about Epstein, Trump’s association with him remains under scrutiny.
The White House has refuted claims linking Trump to the controversial illustration, asserting that the President neither drew nor signed it. While Trump has previously spoken favorably about Epstein’s social demeanor, recent events have reignited public interest in their past interactions.
