Apple Fitness+ has introduced exciting new features to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now offers additional content such as special guest workouts and multi-week programs aimed at boosting motivation.
One highlight of the update is the introduction of multi-week programs like Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that progressively increase in intensity over time, enabling users to improve their fitness levels gradually. For instance, the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program combines 20-minute workout sessions of these two popular exercise types, while the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan helps users incorporate Yoga into their routine consistently.
Another appealing option is the “Make your Fitness Comeback” program, which includes Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts. This four-week plan involves three weekly 10-minute workouts of each type, with each week building upon the previous one to support users in their fitness journey.
In addition to these enhancements, Apple Fitness+ will feature new episodes of Time to Walk with guests like Spice Girl Mel B, actor Penn Badgley, and actress Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series, showcasing workout playlists dedicated to specific artists, will return with new sessions featuring music from renowned artists like KAROL G.
Furthermore, users can explore guest workouts by lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. The content is accessible on various devices including iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with the option to enhance the experience using Apple Watch or AirPods Pro for heart rate tracking and calorie measurement.
Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 annually, offering a comprehensive suite of fitness resources and programs to support users in achieving their health and wellness objectives.
