A young woman was the victim of a rape in broad daylight on a busy street, with authorities considering it a racially motivated assault. The incident occurred in Oldbury’s Tame Road area, prompting a prompt response from West Midlands Police after the victim, a British woman in her twenties, reported being attacked by two men.
The police disclosed that the assailants reportedly made a racist comment during the assault and have urged any witnesses to come forward. Chief Superintendent Kim Madill assured the public that thorough investigations, including CCTV footage and forensic analysis, are ongoing to apprehend the perpetrators.
