A tragic incident unfolded as a woman, known as Angela Silk, was fatally stabbed by her partner, Alexander George O’Sachy, just weeks after seeking help on social media platform Facebook. Silk was found in a critical condition after O’Sachy attacked her, severing a major artery in her leg. Despite efforts by medical staff, she succumbed to her injuries.

Following his guilty plea at the Supreme Court, O’Sachy is awaiting sentencing for manslaughter. Reports have revealed a concerning history of violence associated with O’Sachy, documented on a Facebook page titled ‘Keep Alex O’Sachy in jail’. Prior to her untimely death, Silk had come across the page and left comments expressing her confusion and seeking guidance.

Tragically, the day before the fatal incident, concerned users responded to Silk’s posts, questioning her safety. Unfortunately, news of O’Sachy being charged with Silk’s murder had already surfaced. The Facebook page linked to O’Sachy was reportedly created following the death of teenager Leanne Thompson, who was involved with O’Sachy in the past.

In a previous case, O’Sachy was found guilty of unlawful carnal knowledge regarding a relationship with a teenager in 2012. Additionally, he was connected to the death of another teenager, Andrew Anderson, who tragically took his own life. Despite suspicions surrounding O’Sachy’s involvement in Anderson’s death, he was not charged in relation to the incident.
