Mary’s attempts to explain the situation to Ryanair, including her inability to immediately provide a death certificate due to family obligations and grief, were met with refusal of the refund.

Mary, deeply disappointed by Ryanair’s response, emphasized the emotional turmoil she was undergoing and her commitment to supporting her grieving husband during the difficult time.
